The information on this website and on our platforms is general in nature and is not legal advice, does not create an attorney–client relationship, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified legal practitioner about your specific circumstances.
3. Use of our platforms
You agree to use Voiced, the Legal Standpoint app and this website lawfully and respectfully. You may not misuse the platforms to harass others, submit unlawful or deliberately false content, impersonate another person, or interfere with the technical operation of our services.
4. Contributions
Where a platform allows you to submit comments, submissions or other content, you remain responsible for what you publish and confirm you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to display and, where relevant, aggregate that content as part of our civic-participation work. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Legal Standpoint name, logo, written material and platform designs belong to Legal Standpoint unless otherwise indicated. Third-party logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and appear only to reflect recognition and partnerships.
6. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep our content accurate and our platforms available, but we provide them on an “as is” basis. Laws and public processes change, and we cannot guarantee that all information is current at every moment or that services will be uninterrupted.
